UMaine’s Darling Marine Center, a higher-education marine research facility established in 1960, required critical upgrades to its aging waterfront infrastructure. The project involved replacing the 50-year-old main pier, modernizing the campus’s flowing seawater system , and upgrading supporting utilities—all while the facility remained in full operation.

PGC completed a comprehensive renovation of the Randall Student Center at the University of Maine at Augusta, transforming key areas of the existing facility into a more welcoming, functional, and student-focused campus hub.
